:s sooooo

My throat has been feeling weird when I swallow for a bout 5 months now, and also about 2 months ago a lump has appeared just over one of my tonsils. Its hard and not sore really but it presses against my tongue and makes me uncomfortable. I know I should go to the doctor for it but I cant ha :S

What could it be?!
