Skin very tender

Hello

My skin is very tender on the left side of my back also my foot. When my t-shirt comes near this part of my back it really hurts, its very very sore but there is no redness, my left foot, toes and ball of my foot are very sore to touch and walk on, but again no redness. I also get a twinge of pain aswell.

I had a headache the other day, together with confusion and fatigue. I wondered if anybody else had experienced this? Or knows what it might be?
