Why is it when i get up in the morning i am so tired but it just gets worse as the day goes on it is starting to affect my personality and im thinking that everyone thinks im am boring. I want to go back to being bubbly and smily all the time. does anyone know what to suggest?

wake up go for a run or walk.. eat healthy and drink lots of water. Think of only good positive thoughts and what you want to achieve in life. Go into the mirror and say the things you love about yourself. The things your not so sure about learn to love them. Wake up and say "thankyou for my life and really try and believe it"...Write down every day in your diary. I am so great ful now that
I am beautiful
I am happy
I am energetic
I am fun and bubbly.
All the things you want make them yours now!. The more you tell yourself im so lazy and everyone thinks I am boring the more your going to attract that to you. THE LAWS OF ATTRACTION my friend.. It's impossible to have a bad feeling with a good thought. Make what you want yours now by believing and acting. It's easier that easy! If I could ask you to read or watch anything it would be "The secret".. Look it up on the internet. It changed my life. I have gone from overweight to slim and toned. I have quit smoking. I have attracted a lot more friends and people who want to date me. I'm getting rid of anxiety attacks with it. It's fantastic! It's all about positive thinking. xo natalie

If you eat well, with fresh vewgetables, thzen Always check with your doctor if this persists too long.

Walking boosts energy, even at home aerobics.

I added nutrition to my life and it makes a huge difference,I found Tunguska blast and PSP (www.kathleen.healthywize.com) and also coQ10 is important, like Vital heart.

Oh, also noticed, sometimes a bit of air in the afternoon lag can help. Or a protein shake.

Try some coffee or coke maybe breakfast do you eat ceral that should kick start you day if this advice works i would be amazed consdering im a 14 year old girl with weight problems

For checking-up if it's anything going up with Your health.Beeing always tired, even in the morning,my be caused of any dissease.Could be diabetics or lower Blood-pressure.Stress may by a reason of it, but it wont be the only one of it.I shall advice You, see Your doctor, ecspecially checking up Your Blood, then maybe You can obtain the reason of it.Wishing the best for You.
