Anul fissure

Hi, I had a baby in April and since then i have had trouble in the back passage. I have been the docs and he can see nothing. This is the 6th time i have had this pain when i poo and the burning after. It also feels very hard round the edge of my anus. Me and my doc feel it is a recurring anul fissure. I have an appointment on Fri to demand further tests to check for an underlying condition. i just feel like shite all the time. I have pain in my pelvic area and lower tummy to.
