New year's resolutions
Now that the New Year has begun, we all begin to think of how we can make this a better year than last. Many of us make New Years resolutions and especially try to stick to them throughout January. However, despite the good intentions and efforts, we often quit because life comes in the way and we dont have time to go to the gym 3 times a day, and buy out and buy fresh vegetables. We at Ryvita have created a Party Fit Challenge to help you get a kick start in your healthier life, which is perfect now when you are in the mind set of wanting to change.
