Lumps on my vagina

Hello Everyone

Please please can you help, im really worried, i have found 3 lumps on the outside of my vagina, two above the line and one at the bottom of the line (more near the middle, between the bottom and vagina opening) they are all really small and just look like extra skin lumps, they do not itch or hurt and are they same colour as my skin but are really worrying me as i have also not had a period for 12 weeks and i have done 6 preg tests which are negative.

Could me having lumps be the reason i have not had a period??? and what are they?

Please help.
