I have been finally diagnosed for Fibromyalgia after four years of wandering amongst doctors. The bottom line is that no medical treatment has done any good for my neck & shoulders terrible pains.

Two months ago I found an excellent supplement for Fibromyalgia. It is not a medicine, but still it really helps me controlling my pains.

I recently started using the Healtone healing sounds for Fibromyalgia and I also agree that it does make a difference. I never thought of sound therapy as an option before, yet since nothing else has really helped, I thought why not try.
I downloaded the three sounds for Fibromyalgia and to my surprise it has helped easing my pains. Somehow it created a different sensation towards the pain, as if the mind was able to absorb the pain much better and especially at night.
I can see here some criticism against healing with sound and I cannot see why.
I really recommend this as a very helpful supplement.

The website claims to have the involvement a doctor

"HEALTONEs chief consultant is Dr.Galina Maralina, the renowned physicist, lecturer, and author in the field of sound waves and sound behavior." (there is ONE single obscure reference to some very old university work, but not an accomplished doctor as claimed)

Do a Google search if you wish on this doctors name. You will see there is no history for her. The only Galina Maralina listed is a scam operator in the fake russian brides market.

Also, Healtone have on their site documents written by "experts:"

NONE OF THESE PEOPLE EXIST. Just like Dr Galina Maralina. Try and Google them for yourself.

This company is offering these audio cures for cancer, AIDS - everything you can name. That's right they claim that by listening to a few audio beeps you can be cured of Fibromyalgia. It is sick. Members of our tinnitus community have written to Healtone but of course they are not responding. We are now going to chase down every location where these fraudsters post.

In terms of my own credentials - you can check out the very reputable dailystrength forums where I have been a long term contributor on several medical forums.

Good luck - please alert any new joiners to this post should these people from Healtone post on your forums again. We need to be vigilent against these fraudsters.

Fibromyalgia

Hi, only just joined this site and i guess you told everyone your experience of having the condition and someone has tampered with it. Well, lets hope they never get it because its an awfull condition and a lot of women have got it and don,t know. It took me 4 yrs to get someone to confirm it even though i had seen 2 specialists. It has ruined my life and i am not the happy go lucky girl i used to be and i had to give up a job i loved. To be in pain 24-7 is not nice and it gets you down. Does anyone else out there suffer from this awfull condition?

It's great that there is something that works for it, I don't know very much about it, but I've read stories in the press about it and it soudns really horrible.
