"Lavander oil" Posted by dinkyminky 20 December at 15:26
Lavander is my absolute saviour for pmt. A few drops in the bath, or in an oil burner in the lounge is so calming, I feel like I can deal with practically anything.

"Off the pill" Posted by katy276 8 December at 11:03
Since coming off the pill, I've found that mine has got worse and worse. Last night, almost everything my partner said to me got on my nerves and I know it's not him, I just feel really 'frazzled'! Roll on period...

"Relaxing and pampering" Posted by missmachin 29 November at 12:31
Just relaxing and pampering yourself as much as possible works for me. I used to take St John's wort, but it reacts badly with the pill so I don't any more.
