Just leave the past and live happily with your present otherwise you miss it.For removing depression take a proper sleep, only think positive or happy memories and try this natural treatment from the given link which also help you to remove depression.

Don't go doing anything silly, the past is in the past. re-living it over and over and regretting it won't make it go away..so draw a line..I'm not saying forget it cos thats just impossible...take what you were meant to learn...and move on..now...stop making yourself unhappy and punshing yourself...there is no need. Ok you had a bit too much 'life' no crime, went a bit mental..so don't we all sometimes (oh yes we ALL do) decide today to dump the guilt.that was yesterday.

See yourself as..no ...actually get a newspaper, go on ,,,tear it into pieces..smaller and smaller, chuck them on the floor.....now gather up all those bad experiences , screw them together, and put them in the bin, until they are all gone..now look at your hands....wash away the past, live for you , and for your kid, and any man lucky enough to be along for the ride now...will need to be grateful.Feel scared, thats healthy..there is a reward waiting if you move towards it.

listen to H she's a wise woman. I made lots of mistakes in my past and they've contributed to the depression I've suffered with for the last couple of years. Feeling guilty doesn't help, the only way to move forward is to let the past go and try to make something of the future. Have considered ending it all lots of times but then all those scumbags who treated me like dirt have won and I couldn't let that happen. I've got my self respect back now, it took a lot but it was worth it. Now I have a fantastic husband who thinks I'm amazing (go figure!) cos I've beaten every thing thats tried to drag me down. You have that strength in you somewhere, you just have to find it. My depression's under control with medication, and I don't feel guilty bout that either, it's helped me get strong and stay strong.

I so hope you'll start to feel better soon, message anytime if I can help. Take care,

love, Clare xx
