Do i need more medication?

im 21 and been suffering from sevear depression since i was 19 as well as agriphobia and anseity attacks
im pleased to anounce i can now get out the house its fantastic!!! and have just finised comming of my anti depressents however im still having proplems
my left side of my chest is hurting all the time so i keep checking my pulse at least 20 times a day i know its the anseity but my family keep telling me its all in my head. does anyone have any advice coz i dont want more medication?
