Ok, so I'm 18 yrs old and badly seek some help/advice. Someone that could listen to all my problems and give me some good advice. I've tried doctors etc. but none of that seems to work. I don't want to go into too much unless someone is willing to listen.

I believe i had a bad upbringing/childhood. I'm off and on drugs and self harm and over dose quite a lot. I really want to get on with my life and do something but there's so much in my head it holds me back.

I can't sleep at night, I've no motivation at all, my mind is constantly going overdrive like spaghetti junction and I feel really suicidle most of the time.

Is there anyone out there who has the time and patience to listen to me and can advise me on what to do??
