"Not really, it's raining..." Posted by missmachin 6 June at 11:26
Am thinking of getting one of those lamps to wake me up gradually in the mornings, I find I get off to a better start if I wake up before the alarm.

But as soon as the sun comes out, it's like someone has put my batteries back in! I read the article and I think the lamps are a great idea - anyone know where to get one from?

"I get it really badly! " Posted by sunseeker2 3 March at 15:13
I get really depressed and frustrated, I hate it, roll on summer! (not that it will be that much better in our corner of the world). I read that it's a real problem in Ireland, because it rains a lot and the wintertime is so dark. Apparently, suicide rates soar between October and April. It's interesting the effect the weather can have on you!

I leave in Malaga and the sun shining all time, all days, all years. I'm tired, I sweat blood all days of my life. I have a lunch and I'm tired, I feel drowsy, I get depressed because the sun is always in the sky like in the desert. Now I hate the beach too, last summer I never gone to the beach I didn't feel like it. I prefered the rain and a storm because it's never rain in the southern of Spain.

"Weather and suicide " Posted by zdennyz1 19 September at 13:12
In Italy between people from 18 to 25 years old suicide is the main cause of death. I don't think weather is responsible!

I get that too! I hate getting out of bed and piling on loads of clothes. I just haven't got the energy to do ANYTHING when its cold and miserable. Can't wait to see some sunshine!!
