I was wondering if i could make a few mates to chat with online, but the thing is, iv had a few weirdos trying to chat dirty and strange etc, so, im thinking is it actually possible to chat to normal everyday nice people on the net.
Have any of you guys had the same problem?
Im a married woman with 2 kids but i dont wanna talk kids kids kids all the time, im with them 24/7 as it is (even tho i luv the bones of them) and im 32 years old,

I know exactly what you mean! Although I have been very lucky I have made some excellent friends through theworldsbiggestchat - back this time last year I found that chat site through Yahoo chat. It was great fun with silly emotes and just a good laugh but yeah u still get your weirdo's unfortunately.

It got bought out by noesis and its gone down hill a bit, but i still go on now and again...its a bit more active than this - i'm on as sazlyjo by the way on there.

Anytime you wanna chat send us a message. Im usually on in the evenings, I'm married my husband is in the forces and never about...im normal (i think!!) 31, no kids...giving up trying for now. I work full time, I know only about kids from my friends and family so I can't talk kids if i wanted to!! lol

Cathy X...like you I was trying to find a chat site that wasn't crazy!! I'm 46, not working right now..although I've been looking. My 3 kids are 26, 24, and 21. They work and the youngest is in college. I'm stuck at home because my youngest uses my car. Most days I don't mind, but I think my 2 dogs are sick of me. LOL. I think it'll be great to talk to someone in another country. I'm from the U.S. You know, the one with the money troubles..I blame the CEO's and their big salaries. Lately I've been thinking about selling my house and moving back to the city. Where I live is very rural. You can't walk to anything unless you plan on taking all day! Me and my husbands families live in the city, and I don't see them much. Weekends are sooo quiet and boring sometimes that i want to scream. Well, hope to hear back from you and others.

Just joined this site so that I could have a quick chat with you. I'm 45, lived with my partner for the past 16 years or so, and am very happy, and 'normal'. I spend alot of time at home due to having back problems which means I am unable to work full-time anymore.
Like you, I have found it so difficult to find someone 'normal' to talk to. I find that whatever I type into the space bar, something weird comes up, or it's something to do with dating. I typed in, chatsites for 'normal' people, and I came across a suicide site!!Never heard of such a thing, and although I shouldn't have I was intrigued so clicked on it and then wish I hadn't as I found it so sad. I can't believe some of the things you come across sometimes. I'm not that great on computers as I'm not the most patient of people, but sometimes I think it's just as well!

Hi, ive been brousing on the discussion forum as id like somebody to make friends with aswell, so i clicked onto you and funnily enough recognised your username and realised that you have been on the cosmetic surgery for breast argumentation, the same as me, only i like to read all the messages and replys etc, i had my ba op 10 weeks ago so we have something in common straight away!!!
Anyway Ill tell you abit about myself, im 31 years old, married with two boys, aged 9 and 11years, im a housewife so i havent actually got a job but would like to go back to work as soon as my kids are old enough to look after themselves.
