hi thankyou for getting back to me, i think that your feeling low as the winter is settling in and its cold dark nights stuck in with the same rutine day in day out. with xmas round the corner its not to fun with no support, maybe have a word with your health visitor who may have some ideas for you, i know how you feel and it can get you down.

Thanks for getting back to me. There are so many things that I would love to do, but being tied down with kids means plans are on hold for a bit. Even getting food in can be a nightmare!
What i want is some fun clubs we can all do together-that doesn't cost much. i have their friends round etc-but i miss adult company for me

I know exactly how you feel, i have been there and still now i sometimes get depressed and i slip back in to my negative thoughts. But i remind myself of how lucky i am to be alive and have a beautiful healthy son. It sounds like you defo need to have some counselling to help you be more possitve, also try putting an add on the gumtree for new friends single mums in the same area who feel the same. Go out for a drink get dressed up, pamper yourself and you will feel fab! Joinm a gym, college, there are loads of ways to meet people.
Good luck
