Being single

hi i am single now having been in a couple of long term relationships with 3 great kids produced who are now finding their own way in the world. --and i am really Happy! I am posting this as i am quite suprised that i am this happy! I have been single for 3 years. I love walking on the beach and country and have a walking friend that I share this with. I have other close friends that I do things with like music concerts. I work in a job I love. What do you think about having a partner? Is there too much hype about finding the man/woman? If someone came along of course it would be exciting etc but I have been happy as I am for quite a while now. Has anyone else experienced this or are there lots of people looking for relationships??

Alcohol abuse

Hi there!
I think Im being alcohol dependent as I drink a bottle of wine every night. As my husband is herion addict I just kept drinking more alcohol to surpass the pain and the abuse I get. I know its not an excuse to keep drinking but now I have come to the point of opening a bottle as soon as I get home from work. Please help me what should i do next as I dont want to see my GP??
