Work problem can u advise

Having problems at work by bullying boss. 1 person was a friend for 19 years now wants my job. Power struggle now by the 3 of them. How do I get through this as they are making life terrible. I am doing everything I can to give the olive branches but they dont seem to realise how theyve all changed, they have built up a power crazy threesome and I was one of the senior management team, now its all going to pot.
