Pillows

hi I've had a bad neck/shoulder area for nearly a week now and my boyfriend thinks it's because our pillows are rubbish. We live in a rented flat and to be honest the bed is crap too, but does anyone have any pointers on how to choose good pillows?
thanks

Another vote for duck down

Definately the best. Or a good-quality synthetic pillow, but natural is best in my opinion.

If you can afford it...

Go for feathers or duck down. SOfter yet more supportive, it really helps give you a good night's sleep.
