Going out on xmas eve v new years eve

Whats everyone up to this year? Night out on xmas eve or new year? which is best... i vote new year!

I can't stand the crowds when i go out plus it always ends up costing a fortune!

Not a fan of new year

it always seems really forced...I prefer nights out when you don't even mean to stay out late, aren't dressed for the occasion and have a meeting at 9am the next day - always the best!!
