Just a question about holidays

Hi everyone. I am french and I have a flat in Biscarrosse (south west of france). I don't know yet what to do of it : sell it or keep it to rent during tje summer season. You probably all know that in france it's hard to buy a house or a flat. So most of people rent something for holidays. That's why before I take a final decision I decided to post my question on this forum. I would like to know if english people tend to buy something for holidays and how much would they be ready to pay for a very new flat with one room, parking place, in a very new residence (which is not yet finish to build), with swimming pool and digital code to open the gate, located at 10 min walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the small center of biscarrosse plage town.

Are you sure you want to sell it? I mean, have you tried to rent it first to see how much you could end up getting from the rent? Perhaps that will make everything easier to you.

it is hard though for me to tell how much I would be willing to spend when I have no idea of prices for flats in France, but must not be so cheap.
