Any ideas for my 40th birthday

Hi, can anyone give me any ideas of what to do for my 40th birthday. I was going to New York but my friend pulled out on me so I am a bit lost for ideas now. I have to cancel the holiday as I can't find anyone to go with me. I am married with 2 kids and would love some ideas on what to do instead???
