Graham greene

Hi,
I know I'm a bit of a late-starter on this one, but I've discovered Grahma Greene in the last few months.
I started reading Brighton Rock just after a trip to Brighton, it was very atmospheric and evocative of the period, (even though I wouldn't know, I wasn't alive) I really like the grittyness of his books, the nasty thread. They have a certain uncomfortableness to them, despite the pleasure and peace of a good read.
I went on to read A Burnt Out Case and am now on The Quiet American - I've read a couple of artilces on him and am really interested in his life story - does anyone know of any good biographies?

The heart of the matter

I've just finished the Heart of the Matter and really enjoyed it, I think he writes about Catholicism very well. Am going to look out thee biography too, I'd like to know more about him and where his writing comes from.

Norman Sherry is the official biographer for Graham Greene, funny little man, saw him once at the Cheltenham Literary Festival, bit of a self publicist but knows his subject.
