Graham greene
Hi, I know I'm a bit of a late-starter on this one, but I've discovered Grahma Greene in the last few months. I started reading Brighton Rock just after a trip to Brighton, it was very atmospheric and evocative of the period, (even though I wouldn't know, I wasn't alive) I really like the grittyness of his books, the nasty thread. They have a certain uncomfortableness to them, despite the pleasure and peace of a good read. I went on to read A Burnt Out Case and am now on The Quiet American - I've read a couple of artilces on him and am really interested in his life story - does anyone know of any good biographies?
