Try this link for London bookshops: http://www.talkingcities.co.uk/london_pages/shoppi-ng_books.htm
It's a good site actually, I was looking for a boutique address and it's got loads of info!

Can fully recommend Ian McEwan's latest novel 'Saturday'. Have just finished reading it and think it is one of his finest.

Definately Saturaday, by Ian MacEwan, everyone's reading it at the moment! Have you read Ian Banks, he's really good, I've just finished Whit, which is about a religious sect that the author invented, really good and very well thought-out. For chicklit, try Sophie Kinsella...I'll have another think

I'll definitely buy the McEwan's. Never heard of Ian Banks, I'll get info in the web and Kinsella, already read some of her books in Italian, but could buy the ones which I haven't read. Are they in some economic edition? TY

If you mean paperback, then yes. Try Marion Keyes (The Other Side of the Story) as well for chick lit, but good!
