Depending on how good her English is, maybe Roald Dahl? I loved them when I was little. Or maybe something by Jacqueline Wilson?

Hello,
My niece who is 10 year old would like to get a book in English. Do you have any idea of a book that she could read ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I loved the BFG when i was a kid. Judy Blum is a good author for pre teens. All the stories are very girly, very cute. Her books are for girls from 10 to 13. THe first one I read was "Just As Long As We're Together", it's followed by "here's to You, Rachel RObinson" and " It's not the end of the world". I also Liked Deenie. I read lots of Judy Blume's stories, but these 4 were my favourites, and i read them endlessly. And just talking about them make me want to read them again, and I am 21. That's a shame you did not tell if your niece is fluent in English or not, that would have made things easier. anyway, I hope it helped.
