Is that the book that the film The Magdalen Sisters was based on??? I'm reading Austerlitz by W.G. Sebald, not getting into it v fast - lots of history of architecture which I'm not feeling too much - but hoping it'll improve!! Sarahxx

I think its the same one. Im not too sure. It is quite good not only did the woman suffer at the Laundries and homes she suffered at the hands of her father too. He was really nasty work.
I was going to get the Austerlitz book but wasnt sure if i could handle the things that happened too those poor people. I watched Schindlers List and cried almost all way through so i dont know how i would be reading about it.. Reading seems to get my mind going more than the tv.
