i love names! my first girl was named Rio-jolene, my second jamaia-ellie joy, and im now 16weeks pregnant if its a boy we are going to name him "Maverick" (after tom cruise in top gun)and his middle name will be "preston" thats the name of our consultant she's been fab!! if its a girl shes going to be called "Kumani" (means destiny) and she too will have the middle name "Preston"
i'd love to hear other peoples chosen names however unusual or usual they are x

"Names are fasicinating!"

My husband is determined to give our children names that mean something either the names themselves or where we got the name from.

We have decided on Elijah Wesley for a boy but are struggling to find a girls name with a really good meaning that at the same time is not common and boring.

I have always really liked the name Adele because of someone i knew when i was a child. It means noble; kind which the husband thinks is ok....does anyone else have any ideas for girls names with a good meaning?

they are all great names what meaning does Tarn have? i love the name lucy, im manager of an indoor play area and we employ a lot of younsters, one of my favourite girls is called lucy, shes so sweet, kind and everyone loves her, its good when a name reminds you of someone nice. shaye is beautiful as well, great boys names too they all sound quite regal, i just find it all so fascinating.
