i know it may sound horrible but im 34 weeks pregnant and lately ive bin really worrying that something may be wrong with my baby people say im silly but i keep thinkin im getin signs that my baby may have downs syndrome or something because lately i keep seein a lot of people with it so i fink its a sign and im so worried i even have cried over it i just want my little girl to be ok!! does anybody else have these sort of feelings or am i the only one let me no please, thanks.

I'm also 34 weeks pregnant and feel the exact same. My babies movement has slowed down and although I know it will be due to lack of space, I keep prodding the wee soul to make it move! I worried like this during my first pregnancy as well and my daughter is perfect. I think it is something we all go through - fear is normal. Seeing lots of Downs folk is not a sign - it is just because it is at the forefront of your mind that you are noticing it more. Did you never find that if you fancied a bloke with a red car that all of a sudden there were red cars everywhere? Same thing! x

hi,
im nearly 28 weeks and i feel the same as you. just worryin myself about it. keep thinking that my baby is just going to stop breathin and im not going to know.

i watched something on tv lastnite on bbc1 called panorama about midwives and stuff.
wish i hadnt because now im convinced im gonna give birth in a corridor on my own with no midwife and no support. my partner told me not to watch it...but me bein me had to...lol. wish i hadnt though!

so i know how you feel
