How naughty would it be....

....if I got signed off sick now and "came back to work" just before going off on maternity leave?!

I am sick of feeling stressed and pulled in different directions all day, to then go home and look after an 18 month old baby, and husband, a house and an ever increasing bump.

Please ladies, be my conscience!

I did it lol

I was treated really badly by my workplace with my first daughter and got signed off from 28wks. I then went bak for a week before I started my Mat leave. Naughty I know but who cares, they knew I was gonna do it, and they should have been better employers lol!!

Only thing is this early on they can actually start your Mat leave hile your on the sick which mine did at 35wks, so just be careful, as by law they are allowed to do this .

......me jumping over,im from ttc ,but read your post+i personally dont think there would be anything wrong with you going on the sick if you can.Three girls who i work with al did it+took more sick leave when their maternity leave was up+also 1 of those girls got pg again when on sick leave,came back for a few weeks went on maternity leave+is now on sick leave again.You know how you feel+you must put your health first,your job will always be there.So i say do it girl.Gona jump back over to where i should be now.lol.Good luck.xxxxxxxxx
