Sudden energy drop

Hi everyone, the last 4/5 days Iv been really struggling to keep my eyes open, I feel like I have no energy at all... sometimes its not even that I need to sleep its that I just need to lie down.. Im seeing my midwife on wednesday so will have a chat with her. Im thinking maybe I need some suplements?? to build my energy back up?? does anybody else feel like this at the mo.. ??

Hey hun

I am constantly tired, throughout my pregnancy. I was sick of people telling me that my energy levels should be soaring in the 2nd trimester, when I felt worse! I am slightly aneamic though. You might be too. Best thing is to drink lots of orange juice and red meat, and little and often with the eating. Im sure your midwife will be able to tell with a blood test. Are you working at the mo?

hey.. yea I didnt think about that, I could be aneamic.... No I lost my job just before I found out I was pregnant, and no one will have me now I am, so Im not even working and im still tired, I still try an keep active and atleast go for a walk everyday if im not doing anything!!! Im not sure whether I over done it, but I met my friend the other day and decided to walk home instead of getting the bus, It was a good 2 mile walk, do you think that was a bad idea??

I think its alrite once in a while..

The occasional long walk wont do you any harm, exercise is suppose to be good for the baby, although I cant even manage a short walk at the mo.
Dont worry, just dont get overheated and dehydrated and eat lots!! its a good excuse.
