9 days late

hello girlies well me n hubby are trying and now i am 9 days late,for the last 3 periods i have been late but with af pains and spotting but this time no pain,no spotting and sore boobs...? i did a test the either the day i was due on or a day after but it was neg...any ideas please help xxxx baby dust xxxx
