Itchy

Omg im soooooo itchy. Ive woken up this morning with swollen hands and feet and both are itching like mad. Even my face feels itchy ggggggggggrrrrrrrrrr.

just having a moan! hope all mummys to be are doing well and are coping with the heat ok, YEY im 29 weeks now!

I did take myself along to get checked out in the afternoon as cold showers and even bags of frozen veg wernt taking the itching away.
I had blood taken, urine sample and was monitored (for 2 hours tho as the midwife couldnt use the machine), when the doc came round he said everything was ok and nothing unusual was found in my blood to suggest that liver problem. so i was sent home and told i could take piriton if i felt like the itching was getting too much.

hope all bumps and mummys aredoing well.

Good good - they did the same to me and mine came back all clear to but after googling it - it seems like a serious condition so better to be safe than sorry a!

must be heat thats got us all scratching lol! xxxx

babe you need to get this checked out it can be that liver thing - i had the itching the other day and had to get bloods done to check i know it can be quite serious if not dealt with- give the MW's a call!!

Dont mean to scare you if i do - just better to check than leave it.

Oh no that's not good. Are you worried about it? Always thought itchy hands and feet were something we should contact the midwife about Is it your palms and soles? If so I'd give MW a call.
