Drastically reduced movements

Hey ladies,

Woke up this morning and baby is always really active in a morning, for at least a few hours. But I have hardly felt anything today, and I'm really worried. I have felt some little soft movements, but Nothing anywhere near what I usually feel.

I have been getting cramping pains too, start off in my back, then comes around to the bottome of my bump at the front. They were happening about every 3/4 mins, but have calmed off a bit now, although I still have them. I'm also feeling a bit weird, light headed, dizzy and heart is pounding.

What do you think?? I don't no if to call the hosp, as baby has had some movements and I don't want them to think I'm a complete wally lol.

God I'm turning into a paranoid freak!!

How you doing?

Hey Alex, just read your post

How you feeling today? Did you speak to the hospital?

Hope everything is OK.

Hi kat

Thanks for asking...

Well movements are back with avengence lol, so no worries there. Baby has got constant hiccups too, so at least I know it's lungs should be working well!!

As for the pains, I think they are braxton hicks?! I have started RLT capsules and I'm convinced that has somthing to do with it lol. I never had BH's with my daughter so have no idea what they feel like, so i'm guessing that's what the cramping is.

Feeling quite good today actually, it's OH's birthday and we have just been chilling at home but i'm in a really good mood ...for a change!!

Hope you and bump are well xxx

That's good news

Ah, good, glad everything is ok now.

Lovely that you hav had a good day and are feeling upbeat too, positive feelings to pass onto baby, I swear that when we are happy, they move and thrive that bit more!

Bump and me are fine thanx, normal aches, pains etc but have had a really productive weekend, DIY and chores wise and at least half a day of family fun each day so very happy at the moment.

Hi alex!

Hi Alex, I am sure everything is ok BUT... If you are worried, go to the hospital, that's what they are there for and what they get paid for, never ever feel like you are being a pest!!!! It's nothing for them to strap you to a monitor for a while and put your mind at rest!

Take care!!

Amanda and 23+3 little lady xx

Hey hun.

I know the feeling! This is exactly what I was about to post about!!
I haven't felt bubs move since last night and he/she was quiet yesterday.
I feel really horrible this morning. Didn't help that Daisy was still up at 2 this morning
Been really sick and keep getting cramps in the bottom of my bump and weird pains rippling across bump every so often.

I know that when we get this far on, the baby doesn't move as much as there isn't much room in there
but if your worried then I'd call the hospital. I'm going in if these pains carry on much longer. Don't worry about them thinking your a wally! They won ... s their job and they are used to it!

Let us know how you get on hun..

Thanks hun

Thanks for your reply hun.

It's my head that's really bothering me, I just don't feel like I'm actually here if you know what I mean?! It feels really groggy and pulsating round my temples, I feel shaky too, and really tired and limp , god I really feel like I'm turning into a hypercondriac!! lol.

My cramping seems to have gone off now luckily but I think I may head back to bed. I'm just worried as baby is always so active, it has its quite days but is still quite lively on those. I'm not sure if my head feels like this cos i'm panicing?!

OH isn't much help, he just keeps saying do whatever, bloody men lol.

Hope your pains ease off too hun,

Alex xxx
