Should i be worried? very sore bump

Hi everyone, hope mums and bumps are ok, just looking for some advice really.

Last night after my and my dh did some loving i layed down to go to sleep about 15 mins i was still awake and my bump became really painfull, a really horrible constant pain all over my stomach, i tried sitting up, standing up and walking but nothing helped, i also felt like i was going to be sick and got very bad heartburn, it was so painfull i sat and cried for 45 mins

anyone had this? Also babs hasnt moved alot today, and the movement i felt wasnt very strong like usual but the havent had any pain?

Im 28 weeks pregnant need to make an appointment with midwife for anti D so will ask her aswell but im worried.

Hi there, it's a difficult one to answer.... Maybe you should call your mw and ask. I get the odd pain, stitch like , usually when a braxton hicks is happening and i am doing something, ie, cleaning, but it only lasts a minute or so...

You could have pulled something??!!?? It's not advisable to use the missionary position after 24 weeks...or is it 20?? (don't know if you where or not...)
