22 weeks and getting fat!!!

Hi all
Ok so I was overweight from my previous pregnancy and was in the process of losing it when I got pregnant again, now I currently 14 st 11! I really dont want to put on too much excess weight but i really dont know what to do? Thing is I have had a few complications and im on strict rest for this pregnancy and therefore makes keeping the weight down difficult? I cant be active even a little and Im so hungry all the time!?
Does anyone have any advice to prevent me from becoming the size of the next country on the map!!

Your title made me laugh

Reality is you are going to put on more weight but there is ways to keep it down and just the extra baby weight not extra fat that you dont need..

Its a ... that you are on bed rest but theres not alot of exercise that you can do anyway - you will have to not buy junk food and just have all healthy snacks and meals (its hard) - i been trying to eat healthy this time so when im hungry where before i would have had a bag of crisps ill have some strawberrys or grapes - stuff like that i've stuck to 3 meals a day and not really snacked and i havent put on as much as i did first time... i also have been pregnant 2 years in a row and never lost the weight from the first so will have to do double down the gym when this one is born.

I wouldnt worry to much about weight now though its so hard to be strict when your pregnant and constantly hungry - just concentrate on getting baby here and relaxing and deal with it when you need to (after the birth)...
