11 weeks along...having a bit of a leaking issue...

Hi! I'm eleven weeks along with my fourth, and lately I've been noticing a bit of an issue - it's actually quite embarrassing. I'm an avid runner, but lately I've had to stop my morning runs because when I run, I seem to leak a bit of urine. It's so humiliating. Does anybody have experience with this (didn't happen with previous pregnancies for me!) or know what I can do? I've also realized that I'm leaking a bit when I laugh a lot, too, but how do I stop that when I'm laughing a lot with my girls at home? I've taken to wearing a liner to protect my clothing. Please help!
