Hey ladies and bumps

So me and the hubby have been discussing what we are going to do for our first wedding anniversary. At first we were thinking and still are about travelling somewhere in England to a spa where he can relax and i can also get a pregnancy treatment.

We were thinking of going from the 10th oct -12th oct.
The 11th is our wedding anniversary and the 12th is our 8yrs together anniversary.
I know that on the 10th there is a football game hubby really wants to see which i dont mind too much as 10th doesnt really mean anything to us. The game is in our home country of portugal. Hubby was talking about us flying over there on that sat, i will be 30+2 by then.

I have gone to the airlines website and its perfectly fine for me to fly with them up until 36wks. I would like to make my hubby happy and us go and see the game and stay in a hotel spa out there and see family while we are at it. But im just worried i may harm my baby.

How many of you ladies have travelled at 30 + and everything been ok? I still have to check with my doc that its ok with him and midwife but im guessing it should be as im a low risk pregnancy. I dont really care about me its the baby i worry about, the flight is 2hrs 15min.

What do you ladies think?

Which airline?

Hi,
There should be no harm to your baby flying, But I don't know any airlines that are happy to fly you once you pass 28 weeks due to risk of premature labour.

If you feel happy enough to fly and your midwife/doc is happy for you to fly then I hope you have a fantastic time! Would be lovely to have such a break before the baby arrives, as will be a while before you get that sort of time to yourselves again!

Hey

The airline is TAP portugal, My father in law works for them, i havent asked him i just went to the website to check for myself. They say they are willing to take until 36 wks.

Im deff going to ask my doc and mw their opinions before hand, if they say no im deff not gonna chance it. But like you said if everyone is happy with it and consider it safe i might as all my family and hubbys family live out there and we wont be seeing them till late feb next year.

Thanks for replying
