I'm out of hospital

Hey girls. Well I ended up in hospital yesterday morning.
I woke up mega early and Daisy was still asleep so I thought I'd grab a shower. Anyway I slipped on a bar of soap in the shower and fell over when I stood, I had horrid pains in my bump and I felt a trickle of water between my legs. I could hardly walk but managed to get dressed and phone my mum. She came over and got Daisy up and dressed while I laid on the sofa but I was in so much agony and hadn't felt bubs move since I slipped so she rang an ambulance. I live in North Yorkshire in the middle of nowhere and the nearest hospital is an hour away so it took forever to get there.

I was hooked up to a machine and they monitered baby who had a high heartrate. They found a rupture in my amniotic sac so I was slowly leaking fluid. I had to stay in ALL last night and this morning.
I was gutted cos today Daisy starts school today for 5 afternoons a week and it was her first day and I was gonna miss it! But I got out at half 12 today so managed to see her before she went

I'm on Anti B's incase I get an infection in the rupture and I've been told to rest. Well that's impossible when you have a hyper 3 year old
I'm back tomorrow for another check and I have to moniter his/her kicks and get 10 before tomorrow morning.
If the rupture doesn't heal then I'll be giving bith alot earlier than expected

I ache all over and I'm bruised to hell! I'm mega stressed out because my fiancee walked out on us last week as well so me and Daisy have been abandoned for the second time! ( her dad left us when I was 16 and she was 2 days old )
He's took the car we shared so now I'm stuck in as theres no buses round here. I'm having to work right up until Bubs is born as I can't afford the house otherwise. My family are an hours drive away and so are all my friends so I'm feeling dead lonely! Daisy has been a true princess through it all though
I have to walk up to the school to pick her up now and I'm feeling like poo just needed a rant girls!

Hope all is well.

Kirsti, Daisy (3) and 32+2 Yellow Bump ( stay put a little longer please ) x

Aww, hun!

Hope everything is okay with the bump and you, but that is just terrible! Have you thought of moving in with a friend or your family just until you, Daisy, and the newbie get settled again? It might be worth considering - you'll need help with a baby and a toddler! And that is just so sad about your fiance - what a scum! You deserve better for sure, sweetie!

Good luck,

Janine, Risa, and 6-wk bub

You poor love

I cant believe your fiancee, how horrible! what were his reasons for leaving? He should be there for you when you are going through such a stressful time, men are pathetic sometimes arent they?

Thank goodness for your mum. Hun do you really need to work? you can go on the sick you know, it sounds like you should most definately NOT be going to work and should be taking it mega easy for the sake of your health and your bubba's.

I know you are scared of baby coming early after last time, but remember if baby is born 5,6 or even 7 weeks early he/she's outlook is very, very good and they normally have very little complications when born after 32 weeks. Did they give you the steroid injection?

So sorry you are having such a rough time, Im free to talk whenever you need it hun.

Hugs
Hannah 33+2 xx

Thanks everyone.x

awww you girls are so lovely. I've got a tear in my eye! So glad I met you all.

Hannah his reasons were, I'm not the same as I was 3 years ago. He doesn't love me anymore and he doesn't see why he should spend all his time and money on Daisy when shes not his child!!!!
He doesn't want to be a part of bumps life either ( which IS his own child ) he doesnt want to settle down so early in life ( although we met when we was 16 and Daisy was newborn and he took us both on and got us a house together etc ) I think it's cos his mates have all booked a big ... up holiday to Zante next year and he feels left out. I do let him go out whenever he wants and let him see his mates when he wants but before now he's never wanted to do it much. His mates keep taking p*ss out of him for taking on Daisy and starting a family with me and then proposing to me. He was sooo nasty to Daisy before he walked out. We was arguing and Daisy heard it so she came in. He told her to fk off upstairs and keep her nose out!!! She started crying and begged him not to leave us and he told her she was ugly and fat and he hated her!! Then walked out!
I've just spent a fortune on a therapist to get her to eat ( cos she thinks shes fat so won't eat anything ) and we was doing so well. Now she just cries constantly and won't eat again.

I know me Daisy and Bump will be better off without him, it's just hard to let go of 3 years just like that.. and I hate the fact that my children don't have a father figure. I didn't have a dad and I hated it so I was determinded not to let my kids be like that.

I've got to go back to hospital this afternoonc and they are considering giving me the steriod injection just incase my waters decide to fully break and I go into labour. I'm going to docs to get a sick note also.

Thanks everyone for your kind words. No idea what I'd do without you.

Love and hugs from Kirst, Daisy Mai (3) and 32+3 Yellow Suprirse Bump, xxxx

Wow, you've not been having it easy!

What a w**ker waliking out on you! I can't believe some men!

I'm so sorry to hear about your fall, must be very worrying, I hope it all heals up quickly and bubba stays put for as long as possible!

I sympathise with all the bruising and aches, I fell down the stairs a few weeks back and cut and bruised myself all over, my coxis still hurts and it was about 2/3 months ago now!

take care.
