Avent bottle warmer

Hi ladies,

Hope you're all well.

Was just wondering if any of u had bought the Avent digital bottle warmer? I saw it in Boots yesterday (price £40.00) and I'm considering buying it but was looking for some opinions first. I've decided to bottle feed and have been buying Avent bottles, steriliser etc.

Thanks

Lindam night and day feeding system

I used a Lindam night and day feeding system - it is genius. It is a bottle warming system but with a cooler and night light as well, 2 bottles (avent do fit) and an ice pack fit in the cooler and stay cold for up to 8 hours providing they have been in the fridge for 3 hours (i think) beforehand, when the baby wakes up you only have to reach an arm out of bed, turn on the night light, pop bottle into warmer bit, it says takes around 8 minutes but even when my son was on 9 oz the bottle only took 3 or 4 min to heat up. Cost about £30 I think but you could probably find them cheaper. I thought it was fantastic and will certainely use it again this time round.

Personally.....

Hi ya

I think they are a waste of money , i bought one when i had my 1st and only used it a few times and decided to use the microwave its so much quicker, while your changing baby you can stick that in the microwave by the time you have finished baby your bottle is ready, I used the Advent sterlilser and bottles etc with my last 3 babys but i found that everytime i made a bottle 9 times out of ten they would leak, im going for the Tommie Tippie range this time ive heard alot of good feedback,

Hope this is some help
