Had 1st midwife appointment

Hi girls

Had my first midwife appointment today, and finally feel like I am pregnant!!!!! Haven't seen baby on scan or heard heartbeat yet
but it feels more real now!!!! My midwife is lovely!! She told me I will have my scan appointment through in about a weeks time, so really excited about that!

Anyway pointless post, but finally feel like something is happening!!!

Hello there

I was really excited when i had my first appointment, it still didn't feel real. I always feel a fraud cos i have no bump although it's growing.

It still hasn't become real to me even tho i have seen it on screen several times, i'm just counting down the days till my next scan.

I have my 2nd midwife appointment tomorrow so not sure what to expect there.

Let us know when ur scan date comes through, it is very exciting. I was so nervous at the same time.

I know they feeling, I was the same this time around but even more convinced once I had had my scan!!!! I know my sister is feeling the same she has another week before meeting her midwife!!! she is getting very excited now but wants it to come and go so she can have her scan and start to tell everyone else. At the mo its only her OH, me and my OH and my bro and his OH that know and we are all finding it difficult to keep our mouths shut especially with me only 5 wks in front of her.
