Opinion on baby name...

Hi Ladies and bump, how are you all today?

I'm on week 2 of maternity leave, and loving the relaxing and chilling... Especially after a hen weekend in Brighton for my best friend... I have slept for 2 whole days since I got back!

Just a quick question, I wanted to know what people opinion were on this... If I had a boy could I call it Leo even tho it wouldn't be a Leo star sign? I suppose it's like calling a little girl Summer when she was born in December... I don't think there is problem with it, just wanted to see what other people opinions are as me and Hubby are keeping our name choice a secret from Family and Friends...

Hope you are all feeling well... I'm bouncing up and down on my gym ball trying to get BB out early!

Lots of love

Thimbs up or down for the name tiger?

Hi,

I think Leo is a lovely name for a boy, cute fro a baby, then distinguished when grown up.

On a similar note, I would love everybody's opinion on this name. A friend wants to call her son Tiger, I personally dont think that this is fair to the boy, but I am being a bit over reactive.

Cheers

Hey

My little boy's name is Leo..his a pisces though! ha. I thought it was so hard to choose a boy's name when I was carrying him. I got it off Charmed, he was the angel in it. Everyone calls him Leo the Lion now

My opinion only...

....but you're doing it the best way round ie. calling him Leo when he isn't a Leo star sign. I am personally not a fan of calling a Christmas baby Holly or someone born in April by that name.

No offence intended to anyone who likes that.

I love the name Leo and I think you should go for it.

Hello,

I think Léo is a very cute firstname even if it's not is sign.

Here in France there is a lot of Léo

Oups

even if it is not HIS sign

Fine to me

Hi there, Vicky! Congrats on the pregnancy!

I think it is fine to name him Leo even if that won't be his sign. Will he be a Leonardo or a Leonard or a Leopald (haha to that last one!)? I quite like the name Leon, the French version of Leo - both mean Lion! It seems very classy to me. I'm 38 weeks with a boy, he'll be named Jude.

Well, good luck, sweetheart!

Claire, Russ, Anna (6), Emma (6), Sophia (5), and 38-wk Bump (Jude)

Thanks

Thank Girls...

I think it is fine to name him Leo even if it's not the star sign...

I also like Theo and Harris...?

After all the debating about boys names me and the other half are having it'll probably be a girl, which we have had sorted since before the baby was born... Julianna... After my sister Julia who passed 6 years ago... I love the name Julianna, so classy I think!

Claire- Jude is such a cool name, by best friend has that in her head for her first boy... So lovely!

Oh, thanks!

Thanks! Glad you like the name! I had such a hard time thinking about what to name a boy since I've got girls, but we both (and Annie, Em, and Sophie) love Jude.

I think Julianna is a very pretty name! Are you planning on pronouncing it Julie-Anna or Julie-Ana? I honestly prefer Juliana, pronounced that way, or Julianne, too! What do you think?

Harris is a cool name in my opinion as well, hun! You have excellent taste! Some we thought of instead of Jude were Bryant, Edison, Archer, Barrett, Gage, Garrison, and Landon. Like any of those?

Good luck!

Claire, Russ, Anna (6), Emma (6), Sophia (5), and 38-wk Bump (Jude) DeBalleviere

I like all of those...

I like all of those boys names... I have been thinking of boys names for the past 8 and a half months, and I should have just asked you! Ha!

My original due date was my Dad's birthday (3rd Oct) and his name is Brian, so Bryant would work lovely, altho it's also my best friends wedding on that day too, so I don't really want to give birth on that day! The Maid of Honour can't really take it away from the bride, that would be unfair!

All I know is that i want this baby out now...!!
