Another wierd and random question... sorry girls

Hello, I Hope all bumps and ladies are well

Okay here goes, I am planning on using the Birthing pool, when i go into labour, I dont actually want to give birth in the pool, but prehaps have a dip, before hand, to help with the pain.... But What do you wear whilst everything is happening? Will i be allowed to wear a bikini in the pool? I reeeeally dont wanna be completly naked, as have major issues about my body

Do you just wear PJ'S or a long t-shirt during the birth and Labour? I know when its happening i probably wont care, but it has been playing on my mind alot!!

Im so wierd, what a random thing to worry about!!!

How are all December Mummies to be? Getting Close Now!!!

Me too!

Hi
I plan to do the same with the pool, as long as I don't end up being induced!

I plan on wearing a vest top in the pool and bikini bottoms, which I realise will have to come off when I push, but by then will hopefully be out of the pool and prob in a big old nightie. I think vest top or tankini top is the way to go as you are covered, but it shouldn't float up and annoy you.

Hope everything goes well for you.

hey hun...i looked into this and most hospitals say you can wear what ever you feel comfortable in, wether that be bikini, long t shirt, OH's shirt, PJ's anything....

Think youd be best asking your midwife what your choosen hospital says!

good luck....

Love charlotte and blue baby bump! (34 plus3) with 2 weeks to go!! hee hee

Hey hun...

You can wear what ever you want i would just go with a bikini top you could even invest in a maternity one that covers your belly if your worried about that...

I have a nice nighty for this labour that i plan to put on - last time i went into labour i had a vest top on and PJ bottoms but half way through i was just naked when it got to the pushing part i had about 8 MW inbetween my legs my mum holding one leg and OH the other and i could not have cared less and this is coming from some one that hates being naked even if its just me.... so yes you prob wont care when it comes to it...
