Worried

Hi Girls

I had a letter from my doctor to say that they had received the results from my blood tests and that the Doctor needed to see me. They didn't state that it was urgent. Do you think this is something I should be worried about?

I have managed to make an appointment for this afternoon, but am worrying myself silly!!! It doesn't help that I haven't had a scan or heard the heartbeat yet!

I had this with my daughter and all mine was is I needed iron tablets but they dont make you feel good when they write or leave a message without explaining what its about though do they!!

Just try to stay positive just remember that if it was important they would ring and get you in ASAP so it cant be anything to serious sweetie.

It wasn't too bad!

Had my appointment yesterday afternoon. There is nothing wrong with my blood results, it was my urine result that was the problem. I may have an infection so I had to provide another sample for them to test to see if they need to give me anti biotics to clear it up.

Very relieved now!!! The doctor said I don't need to worry about receiving letters from them as they are less urgent, and they would phone me if there was anything wrong!

Thanks for the reply, that has made me feel better. Never thought it could be for Iron tablets!!!!

Feel a lot less stressed now, thank you very much! Can't wait for my scan on 8th Oct to see that there is actually something in there lol!!!! If it wasn't for the two positive tests I got at 5 weeks I wouldn't know that I was pregnant!!!!!!!
