just heard heartbeat!!!

Hi everyone

am really pleased, I borrowed a Doppler
from a friend who has had her baby today and I heard the heartbeat!!! It sounded like a galloping horse!!! This finally feels much more real and now can't wait for my first scan a week tomorrow!!!

I was well pleased when i first heard the heartbeat, i listen to the heartbeat twice a day now.

Apparently if it's like galloping horses you are having a girl, if it's like a train you're having a boy.

My baby has been a train all the way through until recently i have been hearing some horses so i wonder if it's having an identity crisis!! Lol.

I can't wait for my next scan they can't come quick enough but at least with the doppler it's peace of mind.

Its lovely isnt it? I bought my angelsounds doppler when i was about 16wks because i was so paranoid about not feeling bubs move and the long time between scans and its the best thing ever.

I still use mine every now and then, its nice when your further along also as, as well as feeling bubs move you can hear it move

Thats great!! Its so exciting isn ... Just to think all that going on inside you but you can't feel it!! Wait till you have the scan I am having them every week and the changes each time are incredible! We are def buying a professional doppler to celebrate when we get to 12 weeks!! Have decided on the one i want already. Worth every penny i reckon!

thats soo wiered cos just b4 i came on here ive just ordered a doppler lol. im getting really excited now cos i wasnt gunna build my hopes up about hearing anything but now youve put this im getting really giddy now.
aaaw bet it was great. the scan is just amazong. i had mine at 12+1 and was soooo fab. turned round, kicked and alsorts. it really is great.
