Runny eggs, nuts prawns etc.

hey ladies

i just thought i would tell you what my midwife has said about sertain foods as i see a few have you have been unsure

runny eggs are fine as long as they have the lion stamped on them these have been vaccinated etc.

nuts are fine as long as you have no history of nut allergies in the family

prawns are fine as long as they are cooked and cooked well.

soft cheeses none of those as they are un pasturied.

hope this helps
