Feeling low in pregnancy

Hi Ladies,

I was wondering whether anyone has been feeling low while pregnant? i am now 19 weeks ans last couple of months been feeling low, i dont know why its so silly it like things i have got over in the past has come rushing back to me now.

Any one else??? not sure what to do

Hi vicx

I can sympathise as suffered with depression for many years prior to pregnancy. Since I find out preggers tho have been fine..... I would mention it to your MW if I was you. Keep yourself busy and take time out each day to do something that makes you smile. Talk to your little one and let him/her remind you with the little kicks that someone loves you very much.

Chin up babes. Just a wee phase hormones my guess.

All will be fine.
