Help please (warning sorry tmi)

Hope everyone is well.

Well I don't really know how to explain how I'm feeling, I don't know if it's normal after having a baby or what. A couple of days ago I started getting period type pains and the feeling like I need a poo all the time (even if I had just been).

Last night when I was in the bath I checked to see how I was healing and it feels like something is lower in my vagina than in should be but when I stood up and checked it felt 'normal'. I still have the same feelings today plus lower backache. I'm not in pain just feeling a bit uncomfortable. I feel a bit icky too but I think that's just because I've not been eating properly and I'm tired. When I read up on the scary internet it says prolapse either womb or rectal. I'm terrified something is wrong but don't really wanna go to the doctor just yet if I can help it. Is this normal after having a baby as I didn't have it with my son, anyone experienced the same thing?

Cheers girl's

Hi!

The best thing you can do is speak to your GP or midwife, they can reassure you.I know it can be sacry if you think something is wrong but it is best if and I mean if anything is wrong to catch it early.

It does sound as if you need to look after yourself abit more..especially as you admit to not eating properly. It is exhausting looking after a toddler and a newborn and it is so important that you look after you.

Take care hun.
