Hey

Hey

I havent suffered form it so I cant really help, but what you shouldnt be doing is wearing yourself out!!!!

If you are not sleeping well you are not on form for work so eventually you will crash which will not be good for you or baby sweetie!!
My worl was funny when I was pregnant with my daughter but after a chat with my boss all was ok, they cannot/shouldnt make you feel that you cannot take time off to rest it is your right even if you just have a few days you need to look after the 2 of you.

Hope you feel better soon. I think you should take some time off to rest

Hi Ems

I'm sorry you are so sore , the joys of pregnancy eh?

I haven't had sciatica, but some of the girls on here have done and have been off work with it I think. It sounds horrible and I really sympathise with you. I've been suffering with bad rib pain and finally went to the docs last week to be told my rib is cracked! They offered to sign me off work, but like you I felt guilty about having the time off so I said no.

The only thing I can recommend is getting plenty of support cushions to make sitting at your desk as comfortable as possible and maybe going to a chiropractor who specialises in pregnancy conditions - they will also recommend stretches for you to do throughout the day. I also go to a pregnancy yoga class which is really good for easing aches and pains. I always sleep like a log after the yoga class too.

Hope this helps and that you start to feel better soon.

Take care,
