Is anyone else having trouble staying at the right body temp?

just I can't seem to find a happy medium i'm either too hot or i get cold and can't seem to be just cosy and nice!
sorry for the moan just nothing much i can really do about it.

I'm laughing at your post because I am exactly the same. I've been like this for over a week.

I've had days when I've had a bright red face but freezing at the core. The house fire is on, the fire is off and the window is open, then it's back on again!!! I can't regulate either.

I think I understand what going through the change is going to be like!
