12 week scan

I had my scan yesterday. Although it was lovely to see the baby again, I have to get my frustration out a bit!

I turned up early and to their credit I was seen early-so far so good. The nurse was great. She then went to get the sonographer.

She hardly communicated with me at all. It was me that had to ask- "Is that an arm?" "Is that the heart beat?" This is my first baby (apart from 1 miscarriage) and I would not have known those things had I not had another scan 3 weeks ago. At the end I asked her if everything was OK and if the NT part was normal. She tried to brush me off saying, well its a complicated mixture of things, blood, weight etc and you will find out in the post within 10 days. I replied that I appreciate that but I wouldn't mind knowing what she thought from what she saw. All she said was "Its not enlarged" and then walked out.

Does anyone know what this comment means? I dont!
