Hi, unfortunately it's quite normal but horrible at the same time.... It should ease a bit when baby engages.

The only other contributing factor it could be is your iron level, if you are anemic it will make you a bit short of breath.

Take care!

And meee

Hi Laura,

I'm only 26weeks and I also suffer from this especially if i do alot of talking or i'm in a rush. I have also suffered with asthma so maybe its linked with the added weight we are carrying from the baby?

Havn't heard from you in a while, not long to go now hey

Hope you are well,

TC Sara & 26 week pink bump x x x

I know how you feel

Hey hun

Although i dont suffer from asthma i have been suffering from shortness of breath. The first thing my mw did was take bloods for my iron levels, which came back abit low and now im on iron supplements. Its normal in pregnancy to develop anemia as the body needs so much more to have it work so its always worth checking out also just in case iron levels are low.

Hope it gets easier soon!

Emmy & 32+2 pink bump
