Hi suzanne...

I was like this with my first, the last few weeks where a nightmare and every night i found myself propped up downstairs trying to catch my breath and ending up having minor panic attacks because i was getting myself in such a state. It eased a pit when baby engaged but i was a bit of a mess, it was a lot better during the day but i was stood up then, so baby was lower.

I have had family issues that are on going, it happened a few weeks ago and again i was in a mess from it.

If you are really not sure take yourself down because it's what they are there for at the end of the day, it will help the situation if you are getting yourself in a bit of a state.

I hope this helps a bit, do what you feel is best and what your instinct is telling you.

TC, amanda 31+3 xx

Hi suzanne

sorry you've had a hard week and aren't feeling yourself.

Your OH is probably right but I think if you're feeling unwell you should get checked out - if only to reassure and settle your mind. Call your GP out of hours service.

Take care, you're definately doing the right thing with rest, relaxation and speaking with your OH.
